S&E Maritime, LLC was formed in 2013 by owner Shawn Garry, a U.S. Coast Guard retiree with over 20 years of service working as Engineer Afloat, Marine Inspector and

Casualty Investigator. Shawn is certified through the Association of Certified

Marine Surveyors and the Towing Vessel Inspection Bureau.

 

Our vast experience and technical knowledge includes pre-subchapter “M” surveys, vessel inspections, damage surveys, dry docking, new construction, vessel maintenance and more. Additionally, we are well-versed in the auditing of safety management systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISM standards, auditing of security plans, risk analysis, emergency response management, pollution prevention and compliance monitoring.
